## When this fits

You have a business process in mind, but the starting point is unclear. Your team may be weighing which work to delegate, how AI fits existing tools, or where people need to keep control. The useful starting point is the work itself: who does it, what information it needs and what a satisfactory result means.

## How we approach the work

Describe the current workflow and the part that is slow, repetitive or difficult to maintain. Compare possible changes against the team's technical constraints, security requirements and ability to review the result. Choose a bounded next step that can be evaluated before extending it to more work.

The conversation can connect strategy to practical engineering: an agent, a reusable skill, a change to the workflow or hands-on learning for the people using it. These are possible directions to scope together, rather than a fixed package.

## What to bring

Bring a real workflow, the people responsible for it and examples you are permitted to share. Explain the desired result, what must stay under human control, which systems are involved and what makes an error costly. Use sanitised examples when the underlying information is sensitive.

## Boundaries and decisions

AI adoption does not make every task suitable for automation. Data access, security, review capacity and organisational ownership affect what is sensible to change. The next step needs an agreed scope and a way to judge its usefulness. This page describes a working approach, not a guaranteed business outcome, delivery schedule or price.
