When this fits
You have work you want to delegate repeatedly, or a software workflow where isolated AI assistance is no longer enough. The question is which parts your team can reliably delegate and which decisions need a person. A useful scope names both the task and the evidence that would make its result acceptable.
How we approach the work
Make the task, context and constraints explicit. Define the checkpoints where a person needs to review or decide. Connect the relevant planning, implementation, testing and review steps, then evaluate the results and refine the behaviour where it falls short.
A dark factory is a workflow where agents carry out work between defined checkpoints. It still needs a clear purpose, access boundaries and a way to detect mistakes. Reusable skills capture work that should be performed consistently; the surrounding workflow determines when and where they are useful.
What to bring
Bring a representative task, the existing engineering workflow and examples of acceptable and unacceptable results. Identify the repository or systems in scope, the checks already used, the people who can review changes and the access restrictions. Agree which material can be shared before providing code or data.

Boundaries and decisions
Generated work needs evaluation. An agent completing a step is not by itself proof that the result is correct, secure or ready to release. Scope, checkpoints and responsibility for accepting changes need to be agreed for the work at hand. No delivery time, price or autonomous-success rate is promised here.
