When this fits
You want to learn through making something useful and understand what happens after the first demonstration. The task might involve organising your own work or improving a company workflow. It needs to be small enough to examine closely and concrete enough that you can tell whether the result helps.
How we approach the work
Use the task to make the agent's purpose and constraints explicit. Build around that task, inspect what the agent produces and work through changes to its behaviour. Evaluation is part of the learning: discuss what to check, how to recognise an unsatisfactory result and when a person needs to intervene.
The emphasis is on adapting and maintaining what you build. A working example gives the conversation something concrete to return to as the team learns how its instructions, context and review decisions affect the result.
What to bring
Bring a task you understand, a description of the result you need and examples you are allowed to use. Explain who will use the agent, their current experience and any tool or security constraints. Use a sanitised or non-sensitive example when company data cannot be shared.
Boundaries and decisions
The training task, participants and tool access need to be scoped together. A useful training example is not automatically a production system; real use may need further testing, security review and someone responsible for maintenance. This page does not promise a fixed curriculum, certification, duration or performance improvement.
